1. Hey how have you and the band been keeping during these difficult times ?
Hey, I’m pretty good, thanks for asking. Yes, these times suck. We have been doing a streaming show with Backyard Babies, but my main focus right now is to finish the new Hellacopters album before anything else.
I’ve also been launching my own beer “Riff” and been painting and selling art. Oh, I did a footstool called “Feet Royale” aswell. So - I’m trying to stay busy and creative in these COVID 19 times...
2. Let's go all the way back to the very beginning, how did you guys form and what bands influences you ?
We grow up together since we were kids. Went to the same school and formed Backyard Babies 1989. And we’re still the same lineup 31 years later. KISS, Ramones, Sex Pistols and Guns an’ Roses had a huge impact on us as kids.
3. "Silver and Gold" is your latest release, can you tell me a bit about the recording and the writing of a awesome RnR album ?
It was a smooth album to make. Chips Kiesbye produced it and we recorded it in Stockholm.Writing-wise we are still writing “old-school” together in our rehearsal place. The only difference this time was that I was writing a lot more of the lyrics for this album.
4. I saw you recently in Cardiff and what a great night, how was the tour for yourselves ?
Haha! I remember it very well, since it was our last tour we did before this Corona lockdown. I would love to go on tour with The Wildhearts again in the future. Great package. Great band. Great people.
5. Going forward do you have plans of a follow up to "Silver and Gold" and when do you think we will get to hear it ?
We haven’t started yet so I don’t know when. My main focus will be The Hellacopters for 2021.
6. With this Covid-19 being worldwide what has kept you busy through these times?

7. Once things go back to some normality will you be back on tour and will we be seeing you in the UK and Cardiff again ?
